5 Full Moon Rituals to do for Release
The best thing to do during a Full Moon is to take advantage of its energy.
1) Embrace the Full Moon’s reflective vibrations
It’s time to look within. Don’t be shy or hold back. Take stock and go all in.
Bring up any past issues, fears, doubts, and all those annoying worries that keep recycling through your head.
Make a list of what needs to go.
2) Release ALL fears, doubt, and worry.
Leave judgment out of it and only observe this list of emotions with compassion and love.
Use your free will to no longer carry these lower vibrations.
With your purest intention, cut the cords and release them out of your consciousness.
3) Do a Forgiveness Ritual
Now is a good time to write a letter listing all the people who have hurt you.
End the letter by saying, “I forgive you for hurting me and I am forgiving myself for allowing to be hurt by you.”
If you can, it is best to burn the letter in a safe place or bury it in the ground back to Mother Earth for release.
4) Be Grateful
As you let go, remember to be grateful for these emotions. They are part of your life journey and meant for your spiritual development and growth. It is the reason we are human and having this experience.
